Nonstandard intends to organize additional affiliated entities over time, including a dedicated architecture entity and a dedicated development entity. Nonstandard may also form a separate, single-asset project entity for an individual development, each a "Project Entity," as projects are capitalized.
Until a dedicated Project Entity exists for a development, that development may be conducted directly by Nonstandard LLC. Any agreement, investment, offering, representation or obligation relating to a specific project is made by and relates only to the entity identified in the applicable signed agreement or definitive offering document. That entity may be Nonstandard LLC, an affiliate or a Project Entity.
